Adam has become well known for his floral tattoos and geometric tattoos that included mandalas and intricate pattern work. Animals are another common element in his tattoo designs; from snakes to birds, or tigers  to dragons. Detailed skull tattoos are a classic motif that Adam is asked about tattooing quite often.
